The VENTIS fibre laser is the world’s first material processing laser to utilize AMADA’s Locus Beam Control (LBC) Technology combined with AMADA’s new, in-house developed 4 kW single diode module fibre engine. With the ability to manipulate the laser beam pattern whilst processing, LBC Technology creates possibilities never before accomplished with solid state laser cutting machines.

LBC Technology offers 3 modes – Productivity Mode - faster cut speeds of stainless steel and aluminium, Quality Mode – improves surface roughness and eliminates dross and Kerf Control Mode – allowing stable processing during automated system operation. With the ability to cut all types of standard materials the VENTIS is ideally suited to users processing aluminium and stainless steel.
